Pumpkin Butter Stuffing
Pumpkin Butter brings all the seasoning,
so this stuffing is as easy as brown, mix, bake.
  • box of your favorite stuffing bread
  • 1/2 lb. ground sausage
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup shopped celery
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cup roasted pumpkin, cubed
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 oz. RHQ Pumpkin Butter (recipe here)
Brown sausage, onion and celery [drain if necessary].
Combine all ingredients just until sticky [add extra broth if too dry].
Transfer mix into a 9"x13" cake pan. Cover with tinfoil.
Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
Remove tinfoil. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until slightly brown on top.
